UW Extension Beginner Canning Class-May 8th

The UW Extension Educator Vicki Hayman will be in Buffalo on Thursday, May 8th to teach a beginner canning class. Seats are limited, so register now at THIS LINK or by calling 307-684-7522!

 

The afternoon option is 1-4pm and the evening option is 6-9pm.Content will be identical in each, so please choose one when registering. Learn the fundamentals to safely process and preserve food using pressure and boiling water methods.

 

There is a $20/person fee to help cover supplies, payable by cash or check at the start of each session. Our recipes for the program are water-packed tomatoes and apple wedges in cinnamon red-hot syrup. Each participant will take home a jar of each.
